Büşra Coşkuner is a product management trainer, coach, educator, and speaker. She works with post-PMF companies trying to scale, helping them connect strategy with execution and build product practices that support sustainable growth.
Before coaching, Büşra spent 10 years in hands-on product management roles. She now specialises in working with "sandwich-role" product leaders who must translate strategic ambiguity into clear team direction whilst managing up and down simultaneously.
