Kalina Lipinska leads product at Teamleader, a SaaS platform for SMBs across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
Over the past year, she's been deep in figuring out how AI actually changes the way product teams work. She's especially focused on what AI-powered discovery looks like in practice: getting closer to real customer problems, faster, and with less noise.
Her current obsession: making AI a genuine thinking partner for PMs, not just a productivity shortcut. Her long-term contingency plan: if the AI she's building eventually makes her role redundant, she holds a diploma in carpentry.
