The last few months have been tough…
Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexis Nassar, and I am a business development manager at dualoop.
Being in this role for a young consulting agency, I face a lot of challenges in a crowded market filled with staffing agencies. They seem to be everywhere, blasting resumes and candidate profiles left and right.
This has left many companies feeling hesitant about partnering with consulting firms, unsure if they’ll just get buried under a pile of unqualified applicants. Because of this, I’ve seen my fair share of ghosts, declines, and rejections. But it’s not throwing me off and I won’t give up. Here’s why:
I don’t work for numbers, I work for people. And people are the key to everything - every success, every project, every partnership.
I’m sincerely proud of what we do at dualoop, and I believe in our approach. We help our consultants speed up their learning and achieve their goals. And in just six months, I’ve seen firsthand how much they can achieve - going from junior to mid, from mid to senior.
We don’t just assign a consultant to a project and disappear for months. At our consultancy, we prioritise ongoing communication and support. We don’t want to be just another consulting agency - we’re committed to providing our consultants with the resources and guidance they need to thrive.
This approach has delivered extraordinary results, benefiting not only our consultants but also the companies we work with. We prioritize regular catch-ups, offer weekly coaching and mentoring, intervision sessions that they host together, taskforces, and a supportive community.
But it’s not just about the official meetings - we also make sure to connect in person whenever we can. We’re committed to providing the resources and support needed to help our consultants succeed, both professionally and personally.
I want to make sure we have great assignments, and that people love their work. That’s why I won’t stop, even when it’s getting tough. Even when there’s nothing but rejection, I know that the right partnerships will come, and we’ll keep helping our consultants grow and achieve their full potential.
I wanted to share this with my community, as sometimes it’s hard to see the bright side. But in my case, when you have a strong goal which is not superficial but human, the motivation never stops.
When it comes to growth, there’s nothing more inspiring than seeing it happen right before your eyes. That’s why I’m excited to share the full story of our amazing consultants and their incredible journeys. I’ll be showcasing their growth, and giving a glimpse into what the future holds for them.
