Manuel Medinger is the CEO of UBench, a B2B platform connecting drivers, body shops, leasing companies, and insurers across the automotive claims industry. He joined the company with the goal of moving from a reactive, client-driven build model toward a product-led organisation.
Under his leadership, UBench achieved more than 25% year-on-year growth, expanded the team significantly, and built the organisational foundation to sustain that growth. The product-led transformation he'll talk about in this session was one part of a much larger shift he was steering at the same time.
